Are you looking to mix up your training by adding in some calisthenics skills you can actually rep with and still have a workout?

…if so, this is the program for you. Expect to learn new moves as well as get in a workout that will leave you feeling powerful, pumped and more confident.

What will your week look like?

Your week will be split into a mixture of strength sessions and performance sessions. Each training session will involve calisthenics and regular gym exercises, so for as much as you might be out of your comfort zone, you’ll still be with familiar exercises too. There will also be a few mobility and stretching sessions as well for you to work through, these are part of the program, thus part of your ‘buy-in’.
